2023年2月份見識之旅縮影

  2月份見識之旅活動,於2023年2月11日由呂明澐小姐帶領19位祐生見習生及家長們,進行桃園龍潭三洽水生態暨百年福源茶之旅。出發當日天氣晴朗,見習生們及其家長準時集合並出發。活動開始之初,領隊呂明澐小姐提醒本次活動注意事項及觀察重點,先行建立見習生的背景知識。
  For the study tour of February 11, 2023, Ms. Lu Ming-yun led 19 ARF interns and their parents on a trip to learn about Sanqiashui ecology and century-old Fu Yuan Tea Manufactory. It was clear and sunny on the day of the tour, and the interns and their parents were on time for the departure. At the start of the day's activities, team leader Ms. Lu Ming-yun reminded everyone about things to note and what to observe, and gave the interns some background knowledge.
  
  本次上午行程前往三洽水社區,三洽水意指「三處三條溪匯聚的地方」,分布在霄裡溪主流所流經的東西向山谷中。本次以當地信仰中心-三元宮為起點分為兩組,由兩位導覽人員分別進行導覽,沿著步道向眾人介紹三和社區內的馬路不拓寬、路燈減量、砌石駁坎、植樹減碳等皆是落實環境永續、敬天惜地的理念;兩個半小時的路程以指定植物或物件定點解說的方式進行,引導見習生透過觸覺、嗅覺及視覺近距離認識自然,終點走至伴山居奉茶處及窯烤麵包坊,休息品嚐茶香和剛出爐的麵包。午休後進行嗡嗡嗡驅蚊包DIY課程,其內容物係以八種中藥材曬乾後所組成。課程結束後,老師介紹自然農法友善農耕的理念,並帶眾人見識無農藥、無化學肥料的果園,讓見習生及家長們知曉愛惜當地生態,利用自然的循環饋贈,也能種出既健康又漂亮的農產品。
  The morning’s itinerary began at Sanqiashui community. “Sanqiashui” refers to three confluences of three rivers, which are spread along the east-west valley where the mainstem of Xiaoli River flows. Starting from the local center of faith – Sanyuan Temple, the group was separated into two, each led by a tour guide. The tour guides explained that environment conservation and sustainability are practiced in Sanhe community by not widening roads, reducing the number of streetlights, using natural stones to build retaining walls, planting trees to reduce carbon, etc. Pointing out specific plants and objects along the way, the two-hour tour brought interns closer to nature through touch, smell and sight. Waiting for everyone at the end of the tour was refreshing tea and freshly baked bread from Banshanju and Stone Oven Bakery. After the break, everyone learned to make a DIY insect-repellent pouch consisting of eight types of traditional Chinese medicinal herbs. Following that, everyone was introduced to the concept of natural farming and a tour of an orchard free from use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers. It allows interns and their parents to understand that healthy and attractive agricultural products can come from cherishing local ecology and benefiting from nature’s cycles.

  下午行程以福源茶廠及認識茶為主軸。茶廠準備蜜香紅茶、綠茶和酸柑茶等三種風味迥異的茶飲,供眾人靜下心細細品嘗,在見習生對茶有了嗅、味覺上的第一印象後,導覽老師再透過影片簡述茶廠歷史,福源茶廠係依山而建,由先人純手工、一磚一木搭建,接著引導見習生進行磨茶粉的親身體驗,並展示製茶所需的機器及解說其作用,磨出細膩粉末的同時也磨出茶香。詳盡導覽讓眾人短時間深入了解製茶流程,每一個環節都環環相扣,稍有進行不順就可能導致茶香減弱,福源茶廠對茶葉品質的堅持,更獲得企業青睞,成為知名罐裝綠茶的茶葉來源。最後導覽老師帶領眾人至平時並不開放觀光客的茶園參觀拍照。至此,本日活動已近尾聲,大家一起合照留念後搭車返程,並期待於下次見識之旅再相見。

  The afternoon’s itinerary centered around Fuyuan Tea Manufactory and learning about tea. Everyone was offered three diverse types of tea to savor, including honey-scented black tea, green tea and Hakka citrus tea. After forming their first impression in scent and taste, the interns watched a video introducing the history of the tea manufactory. Built against a mountain, Fuyuan Tea Manufactory was manually constructed from scratch by its pioneers. The interns also personally experienced the process of grinding tea powder, and saw a demonstration of the machines needed to make tea, and how tea is ground into fine aromatic powder. The detailed tour deepened everyone’s understanding of tea-making within a short time. Every step of the manufacturing process is essential in ensuring tea quality. Fuyuan Tea Manufactory’s commitment to the quality of its tea leaves makes it a popular source for well-known brands of tea. Everyone also had the opportunity to visit its tea plantation which is usually not open to visitors. As the day’s tour came to an end, everyone took a group photo before heading back home and looked forward to the next study tour.
